My first reaction to my teacher evaluation was that I was really surprised. Seeing all 5's was very encouraging to see, but it also did not show me anything that I needed to improve on. I'm most proud of the progress that I helped my students make throughout the semester, and I'm proud of myself for stepping up to the challenge to teach a lesson to my class. I need to improve on being stricter on the kids. Some of them felt that if the teacher was gone, that they could goof off and talk to their friends. I told them that it is not time to be acting out, but I still should've been a little stricter on them.
